Ayurveda is the 5,000-year-old art of natural healthy living. It is an approach to disease prevention and health preservation that establishes harmony and balance through diet/nutrition, yoga, meditation, natural therapies, and a nourishing daily routine. Ayurveda heals the body as a whole rather than simply putting a Band-Aid over symptoms that may have their root deep inside the body’s system.
Danica’s interest in holistic healing began as a result of her attempt to treat her then four-month-old son’s chronic earaches and eczema. After many months of traditional western medical methods failed to improve his condition, Danica decided to treat him using natural remedies, which resulted in curing the underlying causes of his maladies and alleviating all his symptoms. This early success started Danica on the path to discovering the benefits of the holistic Ayurvedic approach to wellness.
Danica believes in empowering others by teaching them how to access and use Ayurveda’s tools to transform, awaken, and enrich the body and mind and return one’s physical and mental health to its natural state of balance.
